SVP People & Internal Comms

Reporting to the CEO and a member of the Executive Management team, this role is responsible for leading Pragmatic’s People & Culture strategy during a period of rapid growth. You will shape and execute initiatives across talent acquisition, employee experience, organisational development, DEI, internal communications, reward, and compliance, while coaching and developing a high-performing team of 10. The role requires a proven senior People leader with experience scaling functions in high-growth tech or scale-up environments, strong strategic and operational expertise, and the ability to influence the executive team and Board.
